AromaticHub
For this store I manufactured and installed a 3D Light box using MDF, ACM, Square tubing, Perspex and LEDs. This store is situated in the Brits Mall.
Matchbox
Matchbox is a holding company that has its own engineering consultants that work under C.E.M.S. For this store I manufactured stand-off letters using an Aluminum composite for the Matchbox sign as well as the C.E.M.S sign.
Copperwood
Copperwood is a hotel situated in Brits. The owner approached me and asked to create a 3D light up sign that was mounted in the front of the hotel for guests to see and another sign using stand-off letters that was mounted at the back entrance for deliveries.
Buco
Buco Hardware was donating wheel chairs to the needy and approached us so that we can brand the wheel chairs before they were donated.
Face shields
During The Covid-19 pandemic, PPE wear was scarce so we which were putting essential workers at risk. I collaborated with one colleague and we came up with our own design of a face shield which we began manufacturing.
Between April - June 2020 I manufactured +/- 10 000 face shields.
Liddesdale
Liddesdale is a complex in Buccleuch, JHB. I was approached by a member of the body corporate and was told that they are looking to redo all the old existing signs as well as add new signs.
I designed all the artwork and then manufactured the signs using Chromadek with laminated printed vinyl for the graphic signs and I used a Brushed ACM for the lettering of the complex name and address.
Product Displays
I was approached by different clients asking to manufacture custom stands to display some products. In the images below you can see some of the stands that I designed and manufactured.

Perspex Counter Shields
During The Covid-19 Pandemic everyone needed counter shields to protect employees from clients. So I created a line bender and using and improving my Perspex fabrication skills I designed and manufactured custom counter top shields for many different stores.
Wimpy (Town)
At this wimpy store asked me to create a counter shield to protect the staff from customers. I designed and manufactured the shield.
Wimpy (Brits Mall)
After I completed the counter shield at the Wimpy branch in Town I was asked to make another shield for the Wimpy in the Brits Mall. this shield was +/- 4m across excluding the side panel.
Spur (Smokey Mountain)
The manager at this Spur branch asked me to create a counter shield at the desk where the orders are taken to protect the staff from the customers. I measured the angles of the desk and then created a custom counter top shield to fit the counter.
School shields (Student desks)
Wooden divider desk shields created for school desks to separate students from each other to avoid the spread of infections.
School shields (Teachers desks)
Bigger, stronger desk shield created for teachers desks with a cutout in the wooden panel on the side to pass papers, etc. from teachers to students and vice versa.
